  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about the purchase, you can return the product within the 60 – day return period, subject to the eligibility criteria above.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive a defective product or an item that is not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or exchange the item, at your request.
