Ann Taylors Terms of Purchase

1. Introduction

These Terms of Purchase govern your purchase of products from Ann Taylors. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not make a purchase from our site.

2. Order Placement and Confirmation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not confirm that your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we ship the products to you, at which point a contract is formed between you and Ann Taylors.

3. Product Availability and Pricing

All product prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, if any. Product availability is subject to change. In the event that a product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and may offer you a substitute product or cancel your order and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 – 3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 6 – 12 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays. Ann Taylors is not responsible for any delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

5.1 Returns

You have 60 days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

5.2 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, and if they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund within 5 – 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and reflect it in your account.

By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate.
